Lisdoonvarna is your Holiday Destination and base from which to tour North and West Clare, a region blessed with some of Ireland's most spectacular scenery. Fermona Bed & Breakfast is 5 minutes walk from Lisdoonvarna town centre and is very close to Lisdoonvarna Spa, the only operating Spa in Ireland sice 1845. Here you can enjoy a truly unique experience when visiting the area - a sulphur bath in an old-world Victorian Bath House. We at Fermona Bed & Breakfast pride ourselves in taking the personal approach to each of our guests. Lisdonnvara is about 4 miles from Doolin - the traditional music capital of Ireland. and 6 miles from the Cliffs of Moher. It is also within easy driving distance of Lahinch with it's world famous championship links golf course and wonderful sandy beach which is ideal both for swimming and water sports. This is also an ideal base for touring the Burren and visiting the Burren Interpretive Centre in Kilfenora. Also within easy driving distance are the Aillwee Caves in Ballyvaughan and trips to the Aran Islands and the base of the Cliffs of Moher from Doolin pier.
